Need to send in a pattern or string set?
For the best results and to avoid delays and additional charges, please follow these steps below when ordering piano strings:
When sending in a set of piano strings for duplication:
- Remove the strings to be duplicated from your instrument in proper sequence or order.
- Place them in the proper order on a piece of wire and tie them securely. If a string is missing, insert a piece of cardboard or a washer to identify the position of the missing string.
- An additional nominal charge will be made for sets received in a mixed condition.
- PLEASE NOTE: You will be sent a receipt upon completion of your order. You may login, and upload your file if you desire.
