Returns and Responsibilities

• Because each custom piano string order is individually manufactured to customer measurements and specifications, piano strings cannot be returned. Mapes Piano String Company assumes no responsibility for measurement inaccuracies provide by customer, or for tonal quality or breakage of strings.

Product Returns

• A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for return of Mapes’ products. Call 423-543-3195 for information. Custom strings cannot be returned.

Shipping and Handling

• Your online order is set to ship via USPS or UPS, and a physical address is required. Mapes Piano String Company reserves the right to ship your order by another carrier to improve efficiency. Orders of less than $50 are subject to a $4 handling fee (not guitar strings).
